The Sidamo region of Ethiopia is well known for both wet-processed, or “washed” and dry-processed coffee. Due to the tendencies of the region, the coffee varies widely. We roast ours slightly lighter than some of the other African coffees because we’ve discovered this highlights the positive nuances of flavor and body that remain consistent. Our Ethiopian Sidamo is a bold coffee, tangy and winy and wild. Recommended for connoisseurs and those who enjoy the subtleties of single origin offerings.
