Credit Cards

We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Multiple Product Orders

Multiple product orders going to a single address ship at the same time. There may be 1 to 3 business day(s) delay when processing single orders with multiple destinations. We do not ship partial orders. We prefer shipping the entire order as you expect it, or as you expect your chosen recipient(s) to receive it. Any momentary unavailability is promptly addressed so that any incomplete shipment may be completed and shipped within a few business days. We will notify you of any delay.

You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple destination order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation signifies our acceptance of your order, and constitutes confirmation of our offer to sell. Brown & Jenkins - The Vermont Coffee Roasters will contact you after receipt of your order should there be any reason to substitute a product or coffee, or should we need to verify any information in order to process your order accurately. For example, if the shipping system does not immediately recognize a provided shipping address.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders ship the next business day or within 3 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We make every effort to keep our stocks ready to supply the volume of orders we receive on a daily basis. Prompt order processing is important to us.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate.
