WHY JOIN?

No more waking up to discover you've run out of coffee. By setting up a Coffee Club you will receive "just-in-time" shipments of your favorite coffees automatically.

It's flexible... You can order the coffees you want, delivered on the schedule you want. And, you can skip or delay a shipment at any time, or you can change the frequency or the selection of coffees -- all with a simple Toll-Free call or you can sign up online by following the directions below. You can, of course, cancel your membership at any time... although not many customers do, once they discover how convenient it is.
- You can name your club orders and set up as many as you want. It is great for gifts or to have different coffees arrive seasonally.
- And, if it wasn't enough to receive coffees of your choice on your schedule, when you join the coffee break club, you will receive a free 2oz sample of a different coffee with each order. A cost-free way to add other coffees to your list of favorites, before purchasing a full bag.

HOW IT WORKS
1. To set up a Coffee Club, NEW MEMBERS SIGN UP HERE . Fill in your billing and shipping information and click "create account". If you already have an account, simply LOG IN HERE . Browse our featured coffees on the Home page or click on the Order Coffee drop down menu and select the coffees you'd like us to deliver.
2. If you are already logged in, START SHOPPING HERE! As you shop, assign items to a club name -- type in or choose a club name and click "Add to Club". Please note that items on the "Quick Order" page go directly to your shopping cart. You must order club items from a product page with "Add to Cart" and "Add to Club" buttons, like this:

3. For best results, set up one club order at a time. You can set up several club orders with different names, shipping and schedules, but it's easier to do them individually. (If you want to place a single, one-time order, use the Shopping Cart instead of a Club.)
4. When done, go to your shopping cart. Each item should show "[auto-ship every 1 month]" and "[club order: mom]". If you sent an item to your cart instead of the club, you can change it by clicking on the item name to get the Add to Club button.
5. When you are satisfied with the order in your shopping cart, click "Checkout Now". If the billing and shipping are correct, place the order. You must select a primary billing/shipping address for this order . You can change or add billing and shipping addresses to your Address Book by clicking on "add/change billing address" or "add/change shipping address". Click on "Complete Purchase" and then "Place Order". This will immediately place your first club order which will be filled and shipped right away.
6. To change the delivery schedule or the coffees in your club order, click on "Edit Club Orders" in the Coffee Club drop-down menu or on our home page. You can do this at any time for a Club Order after the initial order is placed. Click on "edit details" under the club name to change shipping information or frequency and next shipment date. To delete an item, click the "delete" button. Note that if only one item is in the club order and you delete it, you also delete the entire club order. To add items to a Club Order, continue shopping and use the "Add to Club" buttons.
7. Click on "My Account" at any time to review your Order History, including Club Orders, and to change your billing and delivery information.
