The Club Name

Now at Brown & Jenkins you can set up more than one coffee club under the same login account. For example if you want to have a club for yourself and your mother under the same account you can set up a "home" account and a "mom" account.

If you already have a club it will show in a drop down menu next to Add to existing club.  If you want to start a new club you simply place a name in the box next to enter new club name.

If this is a new club you will need to do the following in order to set up the shipment schedule.

 Once you have all the coffee entered into the shopping cart, click on Proceed to Checkout .  This will bring you to the shipping options Screen.  Here you will select the address and shipping method for your club order.   Then click on Select Ship method .

Next you will need to enter your credit card information.  Once you have entered everything click on the Continue Checkout button.  

You will now be prompted to review your order.  If everything is correct click on Place Order.

Once your initial order is placed you then need to go in and set the shipping frequency.

Click on the CUSTOMER SERVICE drop down menu, and select  Your Account .

Click on View Club Orders.
Here you will see each of your clubs by name.  Select the club name that you have just made and click on edit details .
Beside each of the coffees you will need to select a recurring interval, and interval type (Ex.  5, weeks will have your order shipped every 5 weeks) 

You can schedule your club to come daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.
