In a saucepan, simmer 1 cup medium roast coffee, 1 cup apple cider, 1/4 tsp each allspice and cloves and 2 tsp raw sugar for about 4 minutes. Pour in 2 cups. Garnish with cinnamon stick or 1 thin orange slice with rind. Sprinkle with a pinch of raw sugar if desired. We recommend Brazilian Bourbon Santos coffee for this recipe.
