Citrus Herb Coffee Rubs

Citrus Herb Coffee Rubs are especially suitable for fish, but this delicate balance of spices and fine coffee plays well with poultry as well. Experiment. We blend rosemary, oregano, thyme, chile pepper, lemon zest, orange zest, onion, lime juice and a dash of Turkish ground Costa Rican Coffee to create a pleasantly zesty Coffee Rub that is ideal for any fish and perfectly suited to poultry. Sprinkle 1 TBSP on both sides of uncooked fish or poultry. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours. Cook as desired. Citrus Herb Coffee Rubs sink in, tenderize and brings out stunning flavor. You can even sprinkle generously, right in the skillet.

Tried something new!

Your description of this buzz rub says to experiement, so I did. I sprinkled some in a pitcher of iced black tea. I poured it through a coffee filter to not have the spice pieces in the glasses. Oh so good. I have yet to use these on veggies.

I was curious about your rubs for veggies (I wrote a review on that one too by the way). Had to try the citrus too. My wife made a lemon hot sauce to pour over cake with this one. I was afraid to eat it then I ate two more.
