If the words "smoky maple" make your mouth water, you will adopt our Vermont Smokey Maple Coffee Rub at first taste. Use this Maple Infused Coffee Rub in baked beans, on corn on the cob, ribs, burgers, lamb... the list goes on. Ingredients: Sugar, salt, brown sugar, onion, garlic, maple sugar, red bell pepper, orange peel, paprika, safflower oil, sunflower oil, molasses, chili pepper, caramel, natural smoke flavor and Turkish ground Costa Rican Coffee. Sprinkle 1 TBSP on both sides of uncooked meat to tenderize. Cover and chill for up to 2 hours and at least 30 minutes to allow the flavor to sink in. Cook as desired. Sprinkle liberally over baked beans, baked potatoes, corn on the cob or... our own guilty pleasure... roasted vegetables.
