Ethiopian Sidamo is consistently well-balanced, with light floral and blueberry notes. The Sidamo region of Ethiopia is well known for both wet-processed, or washed, and dry-processed coffee.

We roast ours slightly lighter than some of the other African coffees. We've discovered that this highlights the positive nuances of flavor and body. You will want to drink this one with a sense of ceremony, by yourself to ground the moment or over a conversation at a friendly gathering.
