Chocolate Coffee Fudge

This recipe is perfect for the Holiday Season! It's a tried and true favorite at our house. Cooking with Coffee Powder is the magic ingredient. These are so rich and decadent, you won't be disappointed!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 t Cooking with Coffee Powder
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Optional mix-ins: walnuts, candy, pretzels, etc.

Instructions

  1. Add semi-sweet chocolate chips, Cooking with Coffee Powder, sweetened condensed milk, and butter (or margarine, if that's all you have on hand) in a large microwaveable bowl. Heat in the microwave on medium until melted, approximately 3-5 minute. Be sure to stir every minute. 
  2. Pour fudge mixture into well-greased 8x8-inch baking dish. Refrigerate until set.
  3. Enjoy!
