Buzz-sicles

Buzz-sicles

You may remember watching mom make popsicles with fruit juice, and waiting impatiently until they could come out of the mold to savor in the shade, after playing outside all morning. What a treat! Thankfully, good things come in many flavors. Why not bring back a little nostalgia this weekend and make yourself some popsicles?Let's make coffee Popsicles!

Ingredients – for 8 Buzz-sicles ~

1 cup of any of your favorite Brown & Jenkins coffees, chilled
1 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup pure cane sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method ~

Chill your selected coffee (see suggestions below) several hours before making the Buzz-sicles. When ready, mix all ingredients in one bowl. Make sure you mix well and that sugar dissolves completely. Pour into popsicle molds. You should be able to fill 8. Freeze. Be patient for a couple of hours. Share.
